We were totally and epically scorned by the venue.
No barricades before AND after the show. None at all.
We eventually found a security person who was going to be at the meet and greet to give the gifts.
But I'm still worried for the status on them... I hope he got them. That's all I ever really cared about for today.

Oh. My. Gooooooooood. UNFJWHOTYGIQUQEIhuindianhiuiqjdDHQUHGUYhfeuhhwid He walks like a boss. His posture is so incredibly good. And he has long legs and arms, with relatively small head. He does look like a supermodel, until he opens his mouth and sings. Then he looks like a rockstar who is beautiful. Ack. I am incoherently babbling. IT IS TOMORROW!!!!! That is why.

thedartmouth.com/2009/08/25/arts/Idol/Fortunately, however, Anoop Desai followed the two duds with covers of Elvis Presley, Ne-Yo and Bobby Brown that reinvigorated the audience. Desai attributed his crowd-pleasing performance to the judges’ absence. “[The arena] is a better singing environment … and not having that constant, overbearing presence is very nice,” Desai said in an interview with The Dartmouth. Although criticized for inconsistent performances on the show — from his ridiculous rendition of Usher’s “Caught Up” to his superb take on Bryan Adams’ “(Everything I Do) I Do It For You” — Desai proved why he had made the top 10 with his rich and resonant voice.

Although this is an overall kind review, I STRONGLY FREAKIN DISAGREE the part it says "his ridiculous rendition of... Caught Up." The reviewer must have been doped by Kara's evil spell while he was singing it.

Infact Anoops rendition of Caught Up was far better than Ushers'. I can listen to Anoops version 30 times and more in a single stretch and will still love it but with Usher's version i just cant. Anoop made me love that song because of the way he changed it! There was also another wierd review i read over at Rickeys' and i was fuming. just thought to myself that whoever wrote this review has to have absolutely no mind at all, leave alone knowing what quality music is all about. someday they will have to eat their own words as noone can deny the kind of talent Anoop posseses.
