Very popular during summer season. lechon de leche - roasted whole suckling pig. served during special occasions. adobo - chicken and/or pork in soy sauce, vinegar & garlic. sinigang na hipon - tiger shrimps in tamarind soup kare-kare - ox tail in peanut sauce puto bumbong - steamed glutinous rice eaten with coconut, sugar & butter.

that's not exactly cussing more like an insult. XD "gago" means idiot, btw. ;D i guess the worst tagalog cuss word i can think of is "putang ina" [OMG! can't believe i say that XD], which means "motherf*cker". I know this one. Guapo aku, americano aku. Chupain mu ako. HAHAHA. I didn't know about this one...i think it's gay lingo, no?

HAHA. I'm such a forum virgin. Hello is Hello...i guess you can use "Magandang Umaga/Hapon/Gabi" which means Good morning/afternoon/evening. There's no direct translation...i think. Thank you is "Salamat po". Thank you very much is "Maraming salamat po". you use the word 'po' to be respectful. Goodbye is "Paalam", but nobody really uses that anymore. it's too formal. We just say 'bye'. HAHA. National Language: Filipino (but i learned in college that the Philippines has 8 languages total and more than 100 dialects) I think Mia has already shown you the food...and i still wanting my halo-halo.
